Shipping info

Shipping policy:

Your order will be sent by door . You will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number upon your order shipped, mostly we will ship your order upon your payment. With the tracking number you can track the progress or your purchase. We will take 5-7 days for delivery of your order. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number.

We will contact you about the shipping details of your order, including the shipping tracking number, track link and etc. so please check your email , you can also reply our email to contact us directly, we will update any news about your order via email and reply your email as soon as possible.

Damaged in Shipping:

If your shipment was damaged in transit, we will gladly send you a replacement. In the unlikely event that an exact replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product with similar features. If you do not want the alternative product, we will gladly give you a refund for your original purchase when we receive the return of your original product.

Return & Exchange Policy :

We will exchange or refund your purchase within 20 days of the original shipment date. All returned product must be accompanied with a return form .

The product must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to obtain an exchange or refund.We will not accept product returned otherwise. Additional delivery charges may apply in some exchange/refund circumstances.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable unless the product is faulty or not as per ordered.
